Do you accept returns?Updated a year ago

Customers may return any unopened merchandise purchased from Mind Bullet® within 30 days. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and processed. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-14 business days. Returns are only accepted with a valid receipt.

Return By Mail:
For purchases shipped to your home, send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Department. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
